1. Product Authenticity
Every jewelry piece we sell features genuine, natural gemstones as described. Because gemstones are natural, slight variations in color, shape, or inclusions are normal and add to the uniqueness of each piece.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options provided at checkout.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed as soon as they are received. Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout. K&F Stones is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Jewelry that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer is not eligible for return. Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Warranty
All jewelry comes with a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects such as loose stones or faulty clasps. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, fading of gold plating, accidental damage, or stone loss caused by impact. To request warranty service, please contact K&F Stones with your order details and photos of the issue.
6. Care & Maintenance
Customers are responsible for proper care of their jewelry. Please see our Jewelry Care Guide for tips on keeping your sterling silver and gold-plated pieces looking their best. Damage caused by improper care, chemicals, or misuse is not covered by returns or warranty.
7. Liability
K&F Stones is not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, or damages caused by improper handling of our products. By purchasing, you acknowledge that natural gemstones may have slight inclusions or variations.

All product designs, images, text, and content on this website are the property of K&F Stones. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
